Yes, renters’ insurance is required before you move in at the property. There are two options for renters’ insurance at Citrine. The residents can set this up on their own, or they can do this through the leasing office. It is required before a resident can take possession of the apartment.
At Citrine, we do a criminal background check and credit check on all applicants at the property. We have a pass or fail system through our third-party screening company that links with our property management software. There are times where we will accept conditional approval. The resident is responsible for electricity, water, and internet/cable on their own. Electricity is through Cuivre River Electric. Water is through Lake St. Louis water, and your internet provider will be Spectrum. Once you sign a lease and prior to move in, we will email you a move-in packet with all the specific details needed for your utilities.
At Citrine, we have open parking at the property. We do have detached parking garages available for $150 per month. Please check with the leasing office for availability.
Yes, we allow pets at Citrine, but do have breed restrictions. Once someone applies, we use a third-party pet screening company for details on your animal. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. There is monthly pet rent of $25 per pet each month.
Citrine does not have actual model units, however depending on availability, we can show vacant units as needed. Please contact the leasing office to tour a vacant unit in-person.
Yes, we do virtual tours at the property for some floor plans and the amenity spaces. We also have several photos under the photo gallery.
Yes, we are conveniently located close to many shopping and dining establishments. There is Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Lowes, Dierbergs, and many other companies close by. You can view a map of stores and restaurants on the Neighborhood page.
